Welcome Everyone

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone to the blog of "The IronCanuck". If you are wondering why things have been so quiet the past little while and why you have not seen me at any races it is bcause I have taken a sabatical from events for the last year or so.

There have been a few reasons for this including some health issues but now everything apears to be manageable and I have registered for the 2009 Vancouver Marathon & Ironman Florida. I am back in training and loving it. I look forward to meeting you at the races or better yet at one of my many speaking engagements.
